Thanks to its location it is possible to visit Florence, which is about 15 minutes away by car.

To book this villa please contact us to confirm availability for the requested dates. Once you have received confirmation from the owner that your desired date is available, you will be asked to pay a 50% deposit within 3 days of the request being received. The remaining 50% of the deposit must be paid 60 days before arrival. If the booking takes place within 60 days before arrival, 100% of the booking amount must be paid.
Payment methods available for this villa include bank transfer.
Please note that there is no refund of the sums paid, all sums paid are NON-REFUNDABLE. It is advisable to take out a cancellation insurance policy.
Upon arrival at the property, a deposit of €1500 is required which will be returned upon check out.
1. In case of damage to the house or accessories:
A. the deposit will be retained and returned only after restoration
of the damage, reduced by the value of the damage.
B. If the deposit is not sufficient to cover the damage the
promoter will take an active part in recovering the difference from the guest customer.
