Discover the Villa
The property enjoys a panoramic position over the nearby hills, surrounded by the unmistakable Tuscan landscape and green areas where guests can stroll and enjoy nature. The house, partly in stone and partly plastered, has been recently renovated, maintaining the aspect of a typical Tuscan farmhouse but with a more elegant and refined style. It offers four, non-communicating, residential units, while the exterior is a space to be enjoyed in complete conviviality, the garden with well-kept lawn, the outdoor dining area paved in terracotta and covered by a gazebo, and the swimming pool just a few steps away, immersed in greenery. Indoors, the light colours of the wood and floors create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, harmonising well with the refined linear furnishings and modern kitchens. Thanks to these characteristics, Casolare San Martino is a suitable residence for large groups or families who wish to maintain a certain independence yet also have convivial spaces to enjoy together. Please note: within the park, adjacent to the house but separated by a hedge, is the residence inhabited by the owners who, while not living there every day, guarantee maximum privacy and non-intrusiveness to the guests.
