Interior:

Villa Il Ciliegio sul Lago has two floors. The main entrance at the side of the house leads into an open-plan area composed of sitting room with ornamental fireplace, TV corner and dining room, with two large sliding glass doors which lead out to the garden in front of the house, furnished with little sofas and armchairs. On the side opposite the entrance door is the modern-style kitchen with centre island which leads out to the garden facing the sea or out to the side with the pool where you will find the outdoor kitchen with table, chairs and barbecue. The living area has access also to the small spa with heated Jacuzzi and TV and to a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the top floor are two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, accessible from both bedrooms, and the solarium terrace with sunbeds.

Park:

Facing the sea is the garden with a lawn, Japanese stream, cherry tree and bushes of herbs alternating with flowering plants. On the right side of the property, near the entrance gate, is a gazebo with deck chairs, reachable also from the spa. Not far away are the steps leading to the upper garden with the pool and solarium, surrounded by typical plants of the area and a creeper climbing up the whole rocky wall. Near the internal kitchen there is the external dining area with sink and washing machine.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

Set in the most secluded part of the property, a flight of steps leads to the pool area with solarium in wooden slat-effect grès where sunbeds and deckchairs provide the right combination for your relaxation. Roman steps provide access to the rectangular pool which measures 3.85 x 6.40 sq m with a constant depth of 1.20 m and is lined in light-coloured PVC and cobalt mosaic in the area of the emotional waterfall. The pool is completed by a Jacuzzi corner, internal multicoloured LED lighting commanded by remote control for the selection of the desired shade and a new system of antiallergic purification with salt. The border of the pool is in travertine.The pool is open from the last saturday of april to the first saturday of october.

Once the availability of the dates has been confirmed, you will receive a quote. you will have to pay 30% of the deposit + any management fees and policies, the balance must be paid no later than 60 days before check in. In the case of an "underdated" booking, i.e. a delay of less than 60 days between the booking date and the start date of the stay, the payment required will be 100%

Cancellation of a reservation, even if replaced by another, involves the payment of the following penalties:

30% of the total booking price (rental price relating to the booking period) plus EV booking fees in the case of booking cancellation communicated before (and no later than) the 60th day from the start of the stay;
