Amantino is an old renovated farmhouse, about two kilometres from the attractive little village of Palazzone and just a few kilometres from San Casciano dei Bagni, a historic borgo classified among the most beautiful in Italy and famous for the extraordinary beauty of its thermal springs, south of Siena and Monte Cetona.
The house has two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor is an open-plan living area consisting, on one side, of the sitting room with sofas, fireplace and satellite TV and, on the other, of the kitchen with dining area and direct access out to the portico. On this floor is also a double bedroom (with divisible bed) and a bathroom with shower and laundry corner. On the upper floor are the other bedrooms: a double (with divisible bed) with ensuite bathroom with shower and direct outside access via a Frenchwindow, a twin with joinable beds and a double with queensize bed, both served by a bathroom with tub.
Amantino is set in the green of a large agricultural estate, made up of woodland, arable land and olive trees. In the approximately 500 sq m of garden in front of the house is a large lawn area in the centre of which is the swimming pool and two gazebos with table, chairs and sunbeds, while outside the French window of the kitchen is the portico set up for outdoor meals and a iron barbecue. The parking area is located near the main entrance.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
The swimming, fenced, pool lies in a beautiful panoramic position next to the house, which is about 30 m away and is reached just a few steps across the lawn. Rectangular, it measures 5 x 10 m with a depth of 1.50 m. Lined in PVC, it has chlorine purification and metal ladder. The sunbathing area, along the terracotta-paved border and the surrounding lawn area, is equipped with sunbeds umbrellas and there is two gazebos with table, chairs and cold shower. It is available from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.

Once the availability of the dates has been confirmed, you will receive a quote. you will have to pay 30% of the deposit + any management fees and policies, the balance must be paid no later than 60 days before check in. In the case of an "underdated" booking, i.e. a delay of less than 60 days between the booking date and the start date of the stay, the payment required will be 100%
Cancellation of a reservation, even if replaced by another, involves the payment of the following penalties:
30% of the total booking price (rental price relating to the booking period) plus EV booking fees in the case of booking cancellation communicated before (and no later than) the 60th day from the start of the stay;
60% of the total booking price (rental price relating to the booking period) plus EV booking fees in the case of booking cancellation communicated between the 59th and 30th day from the start of the stay;
80% of the total booking price (rental price relating to the booking period) plus EV booking fees in the case of booking cancellation communicated between the 29th and 15th day from the start of the stay;
100% of the total booking price (rental price relating to the booking period) plus EV booking fees in the case of booking cancellation communicated within 14 days before the start of the stay.
* In case of cancellation of the booking for justified reasons, these penalties are covered by the EuropAssistance insurance policy signed at the time of booking, as regulated by the "Cancellation Insurance Conditions".
