The villa has three floors. The ground floor is accessed down four steps that lead into the large open-plan living room connected to the dining room which leads to the panoramic terraced portico, set up for outdoor dining. The ground floor is completed by the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden and parking area and, finally, two double bedrooms served by two bathrooms with shower. The basement floor, reachable via a flight of eleven steps from the dining room, is composed of the kitchen with dining table and fireplace (with direct access to the side of the garden with a circular brick barbecue) and a bathroom with shower. The upper floor, consisting of a double bedroom, is reached via a wooden staircase from the living room. Lined in light-coloured PVC, it has chlorine purification and internal lighting activated by a crepuscular system, like the rest of the garden lighting. The pool is heated to an approximate temperature of 26-28° C (considering an external temperature not lower than 20°), and it also has an automated solar panel closure that can be operated with a manual remote control. The terracotta-paved solarium area, surrounded by aromatic Mediterranean herbs and broom, is equipped with sunbeds and tables, creating an intimate and relaxing area.

In the case of an "underdated" booking, i.e. a delay of less than 60 days between the booking date and the start date of the stay, the payment required will be 100%
Cancellation of a reservation, even if replaced by another, involves the payment of the following penalties:
30% of the total booking price (rental price relating to the booking period) plus EV booking fees in the case of booking cancellation communicated before (and no later than) the 60th day from the start of the stay;
60% of the total booking price (rental price relating to the booking period) plus EV booking fees in the case of booking cancellation communicated between the 59th and 30th day from the start of the stay;
80% of the total booking price (rental price relating to the booking period) plus EV booking fees in the case of booking cancellation communicated between the 29th and 15th day from the start of the stay;
100% of the total booking price (rental price relating to the booking period) plus EV booking fees in the case of booking cancellation communicated within 14 days before the start of the stay.
