About the property

Villa Fiorentini is located near Barberino Val d’Elsa, in San Filippo a Ponzano, a small rural centre on a hill in Chianti, in front of which landscapes of great splendour open up. Barberino is a beautiful medieval borgo just a few kilometres from Florence. The villa is strategically located for exploring Chianti or for visiting Florence and Siena, which are just a few kilometres away. The villa is a construction from the 70s, located in a quiet residential area. There are other villas nearby, but the property boasts a very secluded position, immersed in the peace of the countryside and surrounded by greenery.

Discover the Villa

Entering the property, you will be struck by the large areas which will permit you to enjoy the suggestive panoramas, amongst oak woods, vineyards and olive groves. The house has two floors and is surrounded by a well-kept park, within which is the swimming pool for the exclusive use of the guests. The house is an elegant jewel, embellished with fine furniture and accessories of high quality: parquet and terracotta floors alternate, contributing to the value of the house; antique carpets and furnishings embellish the rooms, in a context characterised by light tones and large windows; the spacious modern kitchen, with large peninsula, is at the service of the brightly-lit living room to ensure moments of relaxation indoors as well; the elegant bedrooms with private bathroom boast a lovely panoramic view of the surrounding Chianti hills. The strong point of the property is the outdoor area: the beautiful Chianti hills frame the delightful dining area, complete with wood oven and barbecue. A few metres away is the swimming pool, set in greenery, surrounded by olive trees and oaks and sweetened by the fragrance of lavender. During your stay, you will be able to plan wonderful trips close to the villa, to visit enchanting villages such as Greve in Chianti, Panzano and Radda in Chianti. You will also be able to organise excursions to some of the most suggestive places in Tuscany, such as the main art cities (Florence, Pistoia, Lucca, Pisa) or the many small medieval borghi such as Certaldo, San Gimignano, San Miniato.
