The view is unparalleled, being one of the few villas on the island to have a panoramic infinity pool and a breathtaking view of the sea; here the Tyrrhenian shore offers spectacles of rare beauty with the bay of Nisporto being the backdrop for fantastic sunsets.

Nisporto is the ideal location for those who seek tranquillity. You can walk to the beach, a cove with coloured pebbles that render the seabed spectacular and perfect for snorkelling. The beach is equipped for the rental of sunbeds, umbrellas, canoes, rafts, pedal boats etc. Here is one of the best fish restaurants in Elba and a chiringuito (a small bar) where you can enjoy an apéritif by the sea. For your daily shopping, there is a mini market (open only in summer) in Nisporto, otherwise you can go to Rio nell'Elba (6 km) to take advantage of all the other services: shops, pharmacy, ATMs, public transport, etc. Portoferraio, the main town of the island, can be reached in about 20 minutes by car or scooter along the Falconaia road, one of the most scenic and fascinating on the island. Near the port in Portoferraio it is possible to rent cars or motorcycles of various types and then, at the end of the holiday, to return them and board the ferry directly. For golfers, the Acquabona Golf Club is 13 km away.

Interior:

Villa Pietro has two floors, for a total of 200 sq m, with independent entrances connected externally by stone steps. On the ground floor, the entrance from the terrace leads into the kitchen with a bar table for four, sofa, satellite and Smart TV, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, the entrance leads into an open-plan area with a fully-equipped kitchen with island, stools, designer table, living room with corner sofa, satellite and Smart TV; the floor is completed by two double bedrooms, a double bedroom with a french bed and two bathrooms with shower. The open-plan area leads directly out to the portico, to the pergola and to the terrace facing the pool and the sea. On the first floor, the windows of one of the bathrooms with shower and of the bedroom with french bed face onto a small hallway in common with two of the neighbouring windows. The entire first floor and the bedrooms on the ground floor have air conditioning.

 

Park:

The park of Villa Pietro includes a garden with lawn, palm trees, succulent plants and the typical shrubs of Mediterranean scrub that frame the swimming pool, the stoneware terraces and the stone steps that connect the two levels of the structure. The solutions chosen for the outdoor spaces are in minimal total white so as to make the sea, the sky and the splendid swimming pool the absolute protagonists of the scene. Exiting the open-plan area on the first floor, the large French window opens onto the portico used as an outdoor dining and living area with the pergola in wood and fabric that leads to the terrace introducing the swimming pool solarium. Next to the living room is a wood pizza oven, a barbecue and a sink made entirely of stone with flaking technique by a local craftsman, creating a stylistic and functional whole with the stone wall that surrounds the property. Another wood-and-fabric pergola with sofas is at the service of the pool. The terrace at the ground floor entrance is also equipped with a small table with chairs. Various areas of the property can be put to diverse use according to the particular moment of the day and the inclinations of the guests: breakfasts, apéritifs, reading, sunbathing, dinners at sunset, lunches overlooking the sea. Past the automatic entrance gate, a driveway leads up to the 4-car, open-air parking area. The laundry area is located outdoors in a secluded part of the property.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

 

Swimming Pool:

The private swimming pool of Villa Pietro, overlooking the bay of Nisporto, has a rectangular shape and measures 13 x 7.5 m. It is accessed via angular Roman steps and, after the first 15 sq m of shallow water (h 100 cm), where the 6 hydromassage jets are situated, the depth remains constant at 150 cm. With an infinity edge on all 4 sides, two of which are bordered by white pebbles, the pool is lined in sand-coloured PVC, has salt purification and is equipped with chromotherapy. The swimming pool is situated at the level of the first floor of the villa, just 20 m from the portico, facing north-west. The solarium, in grey concrete-effect stoneware and lawn, is equipped with a wood-and-fabric pergola with a cosy seating area. The sunbathing area is equipped with sunbeds and furnishing accessories, and also a solar shower. The internal pool lighting, the external designer lighting, the minimum distance from the villa and the immediate access from the portico allow you to enjoy the pool in the evening and at night as well. The pool is available to guests from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Booking & Cancellation

To book this villa, please contact us to confirm availability for your desired dates.
Once the availability of the dates has been confirmed, you will receive a quote. you will have to pay 30% of the deposit + any management fees and policies, the balance must be paid no later than 60 days before check in. In the case of an "underdated" booking, i.e. a delay of less than 60 days between the booking date and the start date of the stay, the payment required will be 100%

Cancellation of a reservation, even if replaced by another, involves the payment of the following penalties:

30% of the total booking price (rental price relating to the booking period) plus EV booking fees in the case of booking cancellation communicated before (and no later than) the 60th day from the start of the stay;

60% of the total booking price (rental price relating to the booking period) plus EV booking fees in the case of booking cancellation communicated between the 59th and 30th day from the start of the stay;

80% of the total booking price (rental price relating to the booking period) plus EV booking fees in the case of booking cancellation communicated between the 29th and 15th day from the start of the stay;

100% of the total booking price (rental price relating to the booking period) plus EV booking fees in the case of booking cancellation communicated within 14 days before the start of the stay.
