The house has two floors. The main entrance is located in the area facing the lawn that leads to the swimming pool. Going into the elegant entrance are two doors which lead to the large dining room with antique stone fireplace, the fully-equipped kitchen, the living room with round terracotta arch and the service bathroom wirh washing machine. A typical stone staircase leads up to the first floor with the sleeping area consisting of three doubles, a double with king-size bed, a double with divisible bed, a bathroom with jacuzzi and shower, three bathrooms with shower, a bathroom with tub (all are en suite). On the lower floor with access from outside with access from the outside, is a small apartment consisting of a sitting room with stovetop and double sofa bed with air conditioning , a double bedroom with fan and a shower bathroom.
The house, set on one of the many hills that give rise to the Mugello, looks out over a typical landscape characterised by green rolling hills alternating with neat expanses of olive groves and vineyards, along roads bordered by rows of cypresses.
