A buyer’s agent in Tuscany, also called a property finder, works for the buyer and not for the seller: they search the whole market rather than one agency’s listings, assess each property on your behalf, negotiate on your instructions and are paid by you. In Italy this is a distinct arrangement, because the ordinary estate agent is an impartial intermediary paid by both sides.
Our fee is 4% plus VAT of the purchase price, paid by you as the buyer, agreed in writing before the search begins.
