The first floor is composed of two wings, not connected to each other. The first wing is reached by an internal flight of 20 steps and consists of a walking-through room with two single beds that leads into a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and a further walking-through room with a single bed that leads into another double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a shower. An external flight of 20 steps leads up to the second wing with two double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom with shower and a sitting room with fireplace and kitchenette. Both bedrooms have independent entrance and share a panoramic terrace furnished with sofa, armchairs and table. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and smart TV. The laundry room is located on the ground floor with entrance only from the outside.
