The property consists of a two-storey building of modern design set on a panoramic hill. From the large veranda, French windows lead directly into the large open-plan area composed of sitting room, dining room and kitchen which, thanks to the large windows, appears as a continuation of the outdoor areas. From here, two corridors lead to two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower of an essentially modern design,While on the back of the open space there is a small bathroom and laundry service. The hydro-massage mini-pool with counter current swimming can be reached from the driveway next to the house; it is set in such a way that you can admire the panorama even while immersed in it. It measures 4 x 2 m with a constant depth of 1,10 m. Lined in white PVC, it has chlorine purification, external and internal lighting and a couple of internal steps for access to the water. The sunbathing area on the lawn is equipped with sunbeds. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday in October.
