The main entrance of the single-floor villa leads into the brightly-lit sitting room equipped with a comfortable corner sofa; the ideal place for relaxing in the cool while admiring the wonderful swimming pool through the large glass door which, leading out to the patio, renders it a single large living area. Adjacent to the sitting room is the well-organised dining room with a large designer table in the centre of the room and with direct access to the fully-equipped open kitchen with large worktops. From the kitchen, as well as from the dining room, you can enjoy the view of the well-equipped outdoors. Beyond the sitting room, across a small hallway, is the sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms, served by two bathrooms with shower, of which one is en suite.
