Villa Nikka has two floors. The main entrance leads to the open-plan living room with TV and dining room with fireplace. Also on the ground floor is the kitchen with wood oven and with access, via a French window, to the patio with the external dining area. Adjacent to the kitchen is a pantry and laundry room. The ground floor is completed by a service bathroom. A staircase leads up to the first floor consisting of a double bedroom with access to the garden via a French window, the double master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with hydromassage and shower, another double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Villa Nikka is located a short distance from the borgo of Riparbella, in Val di Cecina, with its small historic medieval centre around the castle which dates back to the year 1000 and was built by the Counts della Gherardesca. The numerous woods in the surroundings are perfect for walks or bike rides, as well as excursions on horseback, along nature trails such as that of the Giardino degli Scornabecchi. The area is devoted to the production of wine, thanks to the sea breeze, favourable exposure and the soil mainly made up of sand, fossils and minerals rich in iron which permits the obtainment of structured wines. In fact, close by are many excellent wineries of international level. The most important locality in terms of size and services is Cecina, just a short distance away, where you will find a wide range of services, public transport, all kinds of shops and many restaurants.
