The access to this villa is via a stretch of dirt road of about 1 km
At guests' disposal: private garden, swimming pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests, with automatic cover system (8 x 4 meters; depth: 1.40 meters), Wi-Fi internet connection (Starlink), satellite TV, private parking. Billiard table and ping-pong table.

Ground Floor: entrance to living room with working fireplace and LCD satellite TV, dining room with access to the outside on a small covered terrace equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining, bathroom with shower, kitchen (stove with 4 burners, electric oven, microwave oven, American coffee maker, toaster, kettle machina for espresso coffee.
First Floor: (the second floor is accessed from the kitchen by a 15-step staircase): double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower (no window), double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.
With access from the outside you reach a room with pool table and access to a laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron.

In case the customer cancels their reservation, the following cancellation charges will be applied:
- 25% of the rental price if the cancellation is made up to 60 days prior to the arrival.
- 50% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 59 and 30 days prior to the arrival.
- 90% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 29 and 1 days prior to the arrival.
- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made on the arrival day or in case of no-show.
