The villa has a private garden that offers a wonderful view, and a covered area equipped with table, chairs and barbecue, the pool has an electronic cover system which, by closing it every evening, allows to keep the water always the same temperature.
Thanks to the spacious interior and spacious exterior the villa ensures a safe and healthy stay. All spaces are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and safety of its guests.

The access to this villa is via a stretch of dirt road of about 1 km
At guests' disposal: private garden, swimming pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests, with automatic cover system (8 x 4 meters; depth: 1.40 meters), Wi-Fi internet connection (Starlink), satellite TV, private parking. Billiard table and ping-pong table.

Erster Stock: (the second floor is accessed from the kitchen by a 15-step staircase): double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower (no window), double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.
With access from the outside you reach a room with pool table and access to a laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron.
