Una volta confermata la disponibilità delle date, riceverete un preventivo. dovrete pagare 30% di caparra + eventuali spese di gestione e polizze, il saldo dovrà essere versato entro e non oltre 60 giorni prima del check in. Nel caso di una prenotazione "underdated", cioè con un ritardo inferiore a 60 giorni tra la data di prenotazione e la data di inizio del soggiorno, il pagamento richiesto sarà di 100%.
La cancellazione di una prenotazione, anche se sostituita da un'altra, comporta il pagamento delle seguenti penali:
